RESIDENZA “LeTreCasette” IN AMEGLIA (La Spezia) Ameglia HISTORICAL TOWN

The residence “LeTreCasette” are situated in the historical centre of Ameglia town immediately below the town castle of XIII century. “LeTreCasette” are three unique relaxing, cosy and romantic separate residences (referenced to as green, red & blue) completely internally renovated in 2008 being part of a historical town house. “LeTreCasette” are well furnished with all comforts and are available for weekly and monthly renting. The historical centre of Ameglia is situated on the tip of a small hill side, as in the photo, between the lower part of Ameglia and Montemarcello town. The town centre is not trafficable and the nearest public parking’s are located at a walking distance of only 250 meters away.

“LeTreCasette” are only ten minutes away, by car or bus, from the Marinella, Fiumaretta e Bocca di Magra beaches and twenty minutes away from the famous Riviera della Versilia. See extra photos on line at “Comune di Ameglia”

The residences are situated on two floor levels and consist of (max 1 double bed and 1 double turn down sofa):

° One double bed room.
° A living room with a turn down sofa (double bed), TV and comprehensive of a complete and fully modern operational   kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery & tea and coffee making facilities.
° One bathroom with shower & hair dryer.
° Washing machine.
° Independent heating system.
° Aircon (only in the blue and red apartments; roof floors).
° Small balcony (only in the green and red apartments). All rooms have windows and all living rooms have a   spectacular panoramic view of the Apuane Mountains and the Magra River Valley.

The residence will be perfectly in order and clean for your stay.

GENERAL TERMS

° Arrival/Departure: Arrivals are requested from 16:30 Saturday (except special requests, to be agreed in advance).   The departure is normally required before 9:30 am Saturday.
° Consumption: water, gas and electricity are all inclusive (winter heating xcluded).
° Confirmed Booking: only after advance deposit payment, cancellation must reach us within 40 days form booked   arrival date, penalty lose of entire down payment.
° Balance Payment: cash upon arrival.
° Animals: Not foreseen.

THE COAST AND THE BEACHES

At about 5 Km you have the beach of Bocca di Magra; Fiumaretta beaches; Marinella di Sarzana beaches and the Marina di Carrara beaches.
Punta Bianca and Punta Corvo beaches are also not far away and are reachable on foot by tracking or by boat services from Bocca di Magra or Fiumaretta.
Other beaches are easily reachable by private boat services.

RATES

Price per week, 2/4 persons.
(possibility to host extra two persons in turn down sofa).
High Season: Euro 430/590 (June, July, August, September (Dec. 22nd-Jan.6th.) & Easter week.
Low Season: Euro 350/430 (January, February, March, April, May, October November).

Extra heating during winter months, Euros 40,00 per week.

Rates are inclusive consumption of water, electricity, and gas for kitchen use.
